Competition terms & conditions
The promoter
- The promoter is Vaion Health Ltd (company number 15591703), 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA (“VAION+”, “we”).
Who can enter
- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of Vaion Health Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the draw.
- No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
How to enter
- To enter, complete the entry form at the VAION+ stand or on this page, giving your first name and a valid email address, and ticking the box to confirm you are eligible, accept these terms and agree to receive marketing emails from VAION+.
- One entry per person per event. Duplicate, incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.
- Entries for each event close at 23:59 (UK time) on the final day of that event. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
The prizes
- There are three prizes per event. First prize: a VAION+ starter pack including 1000mg NAD+, approximate retail value £395. Second prize: a VAION Yeti water bottle, approximate retail value £75. Third prize: two packs of VAION+ Sleep Patches, approximate retail value £38.
- Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Prizes will be posted, free of charge, to a UK address supplied by each winner.
Choosing and notifying the winners
- Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries for that event within 7 days of the closing time; the first name drawn wins first prize, the second wins second prize and the third wins third prize. Each entrant can win at most one prize per event. The draw will be independently witnessed or carried out using a verifiable random process.
- Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. Each winner must reply and confirm a UK delivery address within 14 days of that email. If they do not, or if a winner is found to be ineligible, we may draw another winner for that prize from the remaining valid entries.
- The surnames and counties of the winners will be available on request to anyone who emails [email protected] within three months of the closing date. Winners may object to their details being published; if so we will still provide them to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.
Your data
- By entering you agree that Vaion Health Ltd will store your name, email address, the event you entered at, and your consent, in order to run the draw and to send you marketing emails about VAION+ products, offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing after the closing date does not affect your entry.
- Your data is handled in line with our privacy policy at vaion.io/privacy-policy.
General
- We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the draw if circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary, and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms.
- Our decision on all matters relating to the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform or event organiser.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Terms version 1, September 2026.
